When going out, a user can place beverage or water bottles needing freezing into the storage box, the freezing layer can assist in cooling beverages, and temperature in air can be effectively separated by the heat insulation layer, so that the beverages or water can be frozen. As the polyethylene resin coating layer coats the surface of the fabric body, the garment is voiceless and comfortable in wearing and excellent in hand feeling and cannot be affected by geographic positions and seasonal climates.
