Radiation heater apparatus

A radiation heater apparatus (1) has a plurality of heat radiation sections (3), and a plurality of heat generating sections (4). Each of the heat radiation sections (3) is formed in a thin board shape. The heat radiation sections (3) are dispersively disposed. A low heat conductive section (6) is provided between two adjacent heat radiation sections (3). The low heat conductive section (6) is provided by being mainly formed of a resin material with which a substrate section (2) is formed. The low conductive section (6) thermally separates the heat radiation sections (3) from each other by surrounding the whole circumference of each of the heat radiation sections (3). The heat radiation sections (3) radiate radiation heat due to heat generated by the heat generating sections (4). When an object is brought into contact with the surface of the apparatus (1), heat of a specific heat radiation section (3) directly under the object is radiated to the object. Furthermore, heat conduction from the surrounding area of the specific heat radiation section (3) to the specific heat radiation section (3) is suppressed by means of the low heat conductive section (6). Consequently, an increase of the temperature of a portion in contact with the object is suppressed.
