Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a precursor for preparing a lithium composite transition metal oxide and, more specifically, to a transition metal precursor which is used for the preparation of a lithium transition metal oxide and which comprises a composite transition metal compound expressed by chemical formula 1: NiaMbMn1-(a+b)(OH1-x)2. In the formula, M is one or more selected from the group consisting of Ti, Co, Al, Cu, Fe, Mg, B, Cr, Zr, Zn, and second-row transition metals; 0.2
