QB02 circuit unit for quaternary clock and binary clock conversion
The invention discloses a circuit which can convert a QC (Quaternary Clock) into a BC02 (Binary Clock). The circuit is formed by four NMOS (N-channel metal oxide semiconductor FET) tubes with the threshold being 0.5, an NMOS tube with the threshold being 1.5, an NMOS tube with the threshold being 2....

Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a circuit which can convert a QC (Quaternary Clock) into a BC02 (Binary Clock). The circuit is formed by four NMOS (N-channel metal oxide semiconductor FET) tubes with the threshold being 0.5, an NMOS tube with the threshold being 1.5, an NMOS tube with the threshold being 2.5, three PMOS (Pachnolite Metal Oxide Semiconductor) tubes with the threshold being minus 1.5 and one PMOS tube with the threshold being minus 2.5. The conversion circuit has the advantages that a QC (Quaternary Binary) signal is converted to be a BC02 signal which is easy to identify and use under the premise that QC useful information is not lost, a BC02 signal based digital circuit can be driven by the QC signal, the compatible problem between the QC and the BC02 is solved, the complexity of a QC application circuit is reduced, and popularization and application of the QC are facilitated due to the facts that the conversion circuit converts the QC which is large in identification difficulty into the BC02 which is easy to identify and an identification circuit for the QC can be formed through the conversion circuit and a simple BC02 identification circuit. |
