Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a rotor magnetic ring of a high-efficiency micromotor and a manufacturing method of the rotor magnetic ring. The rotor magnetic ring is made by ferrite magnetic powder, poly (1,9-nonyl para-phenylene diamide), polylaurolactam, nylon 6 or clay nano composite and oleic acid through injection molding. Optimal constitutional raw materials and an optimal using quantity ratio are acquired through a lot of experiment screening study; by the rotor magnetic ring manufactured by the method, mass of a motor rotor can be reduced, weight of the whole motor can be reduced, efficiency of the motor is improved, the motor is lower in noise, higher in running frequency and large in pulling-out torque, a major breakthrough on mass of the motor is made, and remarkable technological progress is made. |
