Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high voltage switch-used motor direct drive operating mechanism, which comprises a drive control module, and a switch state display module, a power module and a power-off protection module sequentially connected onto a transmission main shaft, wherein the switch state display module is used for displaying the closing state and the opening state of the high voltage switch in real time; the power module comprises a rotor and a stator arranged in a mutual matching mode; the power-off protection module comprises a self-lock worm wheel, an electromagnet movable iron core and a coil mounting plate sequentially arranged on the transmission main shaft along the axial direction; and the drive control module is used for providing drive control signals and electric energy for the power module respectively and providing power for the electromagnet coil. When power of the electromagnet coil is cut off, the electromagnet movable iron core and the self-lock worm wheel are fixed. When power of the electromagnet coil is on, the electromagnet movable iron core and the self-lock worm wheel are separated. When the mechanism of the invention is controlled, the electromagnet coil is firstly energized, motor drive current is then loaded, and in the case of position control and stop, current is loaded to the stator, and reverse current is applied after angle rotation. |
