The invention discloses a glasses positioning device. The device comprises a positioning device body, a light-emitting element, a switch, and a button cell, wherein the light-emitting element is arranged at the top of the positioning device body, one side of the positioning device body is provided with the switch for controlling the light-emitting element and the button cell for supplying power for the device; a circuit board is arranged in the positioning device body, a clamping slot for fixing the positioning device is arranged at the lower part of the positioning device body; and the width of the clamping slot close to the center of the positioning device body is greater than that of the edge. When the positioning device is required for use, the clamping slot is clamped on the glasses frame so as to fix the glasses positioning device on the glasses; the light-emitting element is normally on or flashes after the switch is turned on, so that people can quickly find the glasses under the conditions of forgetting the locating place or weak light ray after the glasses are taken off.
