Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a fault diagnosis method for an ultrasonic phased array imaging detector, fault conditions of a transmitting channel and a receiving channel, in which a currently-excited energy converter array element is, are determined by comparing signal peak-to-peak value and amplitude threshold of a transmitting signal and an interface echo signal, wherein the transmitting signal is used to judge whether the transmitting is in a fault, and the interface echo signal from a to-be-measured object to is used to judge whether the receiving channel is in a fault. Due to simultaneous fault diagnosis of a transmitting circuit, a receiving circuit, a high voltage switch chip, the energy converter array element and hardware connection lines of the ultrasonic phased array imaging detector, the fault diagnosis method can provide guarantee for the high reliability working of the ultrasonic phased array imaging detector, and by automatic analysis of test results, the specific location and the type of the faults can be determined. |
