Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a smart heating control method and a smart heating control device. The smart heating control method comprises the following steps of acquiring an illumination intensity curve of the preset heating time; controlling a solar heater to heat water of the preset quantity when the peak value of the illumination intensity curve is greater than the preset illumination intensity; and controlling an air energy heater to heat water of the preset quantity when the peak value of the illumination intensity curve is less than the preset illumination intensity. From the content, when hot water is required, firstly, the illumination intensity curve of the preset heating time is obtained, then the solar heater is selected for heating, or the air energy heater is selected for heating further via determining the relationship between the peak value of the illumination intensity curve and the preset illumination intensity. The technical scheme provided by the invention achieves the energy conservation effect via selecting the heater reasonably.
