Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a continuous circulating valve, and mainly aims to solve the problem that sludge circulation is forcibly stopped due to interrupt of a sludge circulating channel during fastening and unfastening of a drill rod in an existing conventional well drilling process in the prior art. The continuous circulating valve is characterized in that a three-way valve ball is arranged in a lower valve body in a space encircled by an upper valve body and the lower valve body; a side plug support and a side hole support are encircled on two through sides of the valve ball; side combination pads are arranged on the side plug support and the side hole support; the outsides of the side plug support, the side hole support and the side combination pads are encircled by an inner loop sleeve; the inner loop sleeve is provided with a plurality of threaded holes; the inner loop sleeve is fixedly positioned together with the side plug support and the side hole support respectively though fastening screws arranged in the threaded holes; the lower valve body which corresponds to the valve ball is provided with two holes; a rotary pin is arranged in one hole; a knob buckling plate is arranged outside the rotary pin; a side circulating block is arranged in the other hole; the side circulating block is fixed together with the lower valve body through screws; a side plug is arrange in the side circulating block. The continuous circulating valve can meet continuous circulation in the fastening and unfastening processes during well drilling. |
