Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a digital coated paper and a making method thereof. The formula of a coating used in the invention comprises 100 parts of a pigment (component A) and a component (B), the pigment comprises 90-100pph of light calcium carbonate and 0-10pph of silica, and the component B comprises 6-8pph of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-2pph of a waterproof agent, 0.2-0.5pph of a water retaining agent, 0.1pph of a bactericide and 0.5-1.0pph of a lubricant corresponding to 100 parts of the pigment. The digital coated paper has the protruding characteristics of high printing ink optical density, full and vivid color, clear image mesh points, and suitableness for high-speed rotary digital inkjet printing.
