Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a microwave sintering method of ZTA ceramic. The microwave sintering method includes following steps: (1) preparing a green body from a mixed material in a slip casting manner, placing the green body in an auxiliary heating and heat preservation combined apparatus and placing the apparatus with the green body in a microwave resonating cavity; and (2) starting a microwave source, increasing a temperature with a rate being 5-10 DEG C/min until moisture discharging is finished, increasing the temperature with a rate being 10-15 DEG C/min until a reflection power is stable, and increasing the temperature with a rate being 5-10 DEG C/min to 1400-1550 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 30-50 min and naturally cooling the sintered green body to room temperature to obtain the ZTA ceramic. By means of the microwave sintering method, the ZTA ceramic is compact and is free of crack, is 0.1-0.2% in porosity and is about 14.0 GPa in hardness. The microwave sintering method is only 240-270 min in sintering period, is short in sintering time, is low in sintering temperature, can save a large amount of energy resources, is simple in processes, is convenient to operate, is suitable for quickly industrialized production and has a wide application prospect. |
