Zusammenfassung: | A disclosed production line for a PE large-aperture bonding type thermal-insulation pipe is characterized in that the production line is composed of a main machine, a shaping platform, a gumming machine, a winding machine, a cutting machine and at least one finished-product frame; one end of the main machine is connected with an electric motor, the other end is provided with a mold, and the top of the main machine is fixedly connected with an extruder and a hopper; a decelerator is arranged between the hopper and the electric motor; the top of the shaping platform is fixedly connected with a shaping mold, a water tank and a traction roller, and a traction motor is arranged below the traction roller; a supporting roller is arranged on the lateral side of the gumming machine, a gum extruding machine is arranged on the gumming machine, and a gumming hopper is arranged on the gum extruding machine; a winding roller is arranged at the observe side of the winding machine, one end of the winding roller is provided with a pressure roller, and the other end is provided with a winding motor; and one end of the cutting machine is provided with the winding machine, and the other end is provided with at least one finished-product frame. The production line is simple to operate, low in investment and less in labor force, accords with energy saving and environment protection requirements proposed by our country, and helps to reduce production cost of enterprises. |
