Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-safety diamond wire saw which consists of beads, a steel wire rope and springs and is characterized in that one end of each bead matrix is long and has a length of about 4 to 5mm. Before glue injection, the long matrix ends of the beads are inserted on the steel wire ropes towards the same direction and the beads are spaced by the springs; then the beads are sequentially and segmentally placed into a steel die which is similar with a glue injection die; the long matrix ends of the beads are sequentially punched by a movable and positionable punch; a certain pressure is controlled; the matrices and the steel wire rope are fixed together; after compression joint sizing, the obtained product is placed into the glue injection die to be subjected to glue injection. Therefore, compared with a pulling-out force of one single bead of a conventional rubber and spring wire saw, the pulling-out force of one single bead of the diamond wire saw processed by adopting the process is greatly improved. The wire saw basically avoids the problem of shifting of the beads in the cutting process and meanwhile, can avoid the unsafe factor, which is caused by rope breakage, of damaging people when the beads fly out. |
