Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an alloy steel iron scrap melting technology without burning loss and a device thereof. The technology comprises the following steps that an electrode bar is controlled to descend till contacting with slag in a crucible furnace for powering on, and the temperature is rapidly increased to 1780 DEG C; (2) a certain amount of iron scrap is thrown into the slag in the crucible furnace to fuse, the fused iron scrap enters a crystallizer through the slag, and an electroslag ingot is formed under the forced cooling of the crystallizer; (3) when the electroslag ingot in the crystallizer is accumulated to a certain amount, the ingot withdrawal starts; after being withdrawn to a certain length, the ingot is taken out by shutting down; the steel ingot can be obtained. The invention also comprises an alloy steel iron scrap melting device without burning loss. By applying the technology and the device, the loss of alloy elements is avoided; the product quality is guaranteed; the burning loss of the alloy elements in melting is greatly reduced; the regeneration recycling use of waste is really realized. |
