Preparation method of spiral hole in casting piece

The invention relates to the field of casting and particularly relates to a preparation method of a spiral hole in a casting piece. Figure 1 shows the schematic diagram of the spiral hole. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out modeling according to the designed structure of the casting piece; manufacturing a spiral hole core by adopting high-temperature-resistant fiber and a metal skeleton. The size of the spiral hole core is the same as that of a formed hole, and the spiral hole core is placed in a mold during casting; after the casting piece is taken out, the spiral hole core is pulled out, and the spiral hole meeting the design requirements can be obtained. The preparation method has the advantage that the problem that the conventional casting method and machining method cannot prepare the spiral hole is solved.
