Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a rapid leveling liquid emptying device, and belongs to the field of cold-rolled steel strip leveler equipment. The rapid leveling liquid emptying device structurally comprises an upper spray beam, a lower spray beam, a liquid supplying system and an emptying system, wherein the liquid supplying system comprises a liquid supplying main pipe and liquid supplying branch pipes; a plurality of liquid supplying branch pipes are arranged on the liquid supplying main pipe; each liquid supplying branch pipe is provided with a liquid supplying electromagnetic control valve; the emptying system comprises an emptying main pipe and emptying branch pipes; each liquid supplying branch pipe is correspondingly provided with the emptying branch pipe; each emptying branch pipe is provided with an emptying electromagnetic control valve. By adopting the rapid leveling liquid emptying device, the problem of influence on the surface quality of a steel strip since leveling liquid left in a pipeline drops onto the surface of the steel strip in the intermediate machine halt shunt winding process of a leveler is solved; meanwhile, the leveling liquid left in the pipeline can be recycled by collecting and storing, so that energy consumption is lowered, and the production cost is lowered.
