Clearance type ultrahigh pressure relief valve

The invention relates to a clearance type ultrahigh pressure relief valve which comprises a valve body, a pressure release valve core and a driving device, wherein the valve body is internally provided with an axial channel, an ultrahigh pressure inlet and an oil return hole, the two ends of the axial channel are through, and the ultrahigh pressure inlet and the oil return hole are communicated with the axial channel; a main body of the pressure release valve core has a column body structure, and the middle of the pressure release valve core has a stepped shaft-shaped concave structure; the pressure release valve core is arranged in the axial channel; sealing clearance is formed between the two ends of the pressure release valve core and the inner wall of the axial channel and is combined with a hydraulic oil phase to form liquid sealing; the pressure release valve core axially moves in the axial channel, so that pressure is maintained, or a pressure release speed is adjusted; the driving device is connected with the pressure release valve core and is used for accurately controlling the axial movement of the pressure release valve core. The clearance type ultrahigh pressure relief valve is high in resolution ratio, simple in processing, free from hard seal and reliable in performance, is low in flow rate and free from noise as adopting clearance type pressure relief, and is capable of controlling the pressure relief speed in a clearance way.
