Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments and concretely discloses an infrared thermal imaging technology-based vascular endothelial function detection device and a detection method thereof. The detection device comprises an examining table, a cuff physical pressure device and a thermal infrared imager which is arranged on the examining table, wherein the cuff physical pressure device covers the brachial artery at the observation side of the upper limb of a subject, and pressure is applied; the thermal infrared imager is used for acquiring infrared thermography image information of the forearm ends of the upper limbs of both sides of the subject and performing analytical processing, and calculation is performed according to obtained temperature range limits and temperature distribution states before and after the pressure is applied to the observation side and the temperature distribution state of a contrast side to obtain a calculation result; by comparing the calculation result and a statistical result, evaluation can be performed on the vascular endothelial function of the subject. According to the detection device and the detection method thereof, informative and visual thermal images considerable data can be provided so as to facilitate analytical comparison; early accurate detection can be performed on the vascular endothelium, and therefore the occurrence and development tendency of the cardiovascular disease is effectively prevented and delayed. |
