The invention relates to a circulation air-flowing type energy-saving hand drying device. The circulation air-flowing type energy-saving hand drying device is characterized by being formed by a circulation pipe, a motor, an air outlet and an infrared induction switch; the air outlet is formed in the lower portion of the motor; the upper portion of the motor is connected with the upper end of the circulation pipe; the circulation pipe is annular; the infrared induction switch is arranged on the circulation pipe; a tray is arranged at the position, corresponding to the air outlet, of the lower portion of the circulation pipe; a water collecting container is arranged right below the tray, the infrared induction switch is located in the middle of the circulation pipe to enable an induction area to be located between the air outlet and the tray; the air outlet is in an upward gradually-decreased hopper shape; installation clamps are arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion of the infrared induction switch respectively; the infrared induction switch is connected with the motor through a line; and the line is arranged on the lower surface of the upper portion of the circulation pipe. By means of the circulation air-flowing type energy-saving hand drying device, the hands can be rapidly dried; in addition, the heat energy cyclic utilization effect is achieved; and compared with a traditional hand drying device, more energy is saved by the circulation air-flowing type energy-saving hand drying device.
