The invention discloses a peanut agitating and boiling processing device. The peanut agitating and boiling processing device comprises a boiling bucket, a driving mechanism and an agitating mechanism, wherein a top cover is arranged at the top of the boiling bucket and a carrying plate for containing peanuts is arranged in the boiling bucket; the carrying plate is provided with through holes for seepage of boiling media and mud sand; the agitating mechanism is located in a region between the top cover and the carrying plate; the agitating mechanism comprises an agitating shaft and two agitating pieces; the two agitating pieces are fixed at the two ends of the agitating shaft respectively; the driving mechanism is mounted on the top cover and is connected with the agitating shaft in a driving manner; the length direction of the agitating shaft is vertical to the length direction of an output shaft of the driving mechanism; each agitating piece is a hollow cone and a plurality of holes are formed in the surface of each agitating piece; and the agitating pieces form mirror symmetry relative to the crossed point of the straight line of the agitating shaft and the output shaft of the driving mechanism. According to the peanut agitating and boiling processing device disclosed by the invention, the peanuts can be uniformly heated in a boiling process.
