Electric vehicle and battery assembly rack thereof

The invention discloses a battery assembly rack for an electric vehicle. The battery assembly rack comprises a base plate, lateral plates, a backing plate, a partition, a top plate, and a compression bar, wherein the lateral plates are perpendicularly arranged on the two sides of the base plate and parallel to each other; the backing plate is perpendicularly arranged on the other side of the base plate and meanwhile perpendicularly connected with the lateral plates; the partition is perpendicularly arranged on the base plate and parallel to the lateral plates, and further equally divides the battery assembly rack; the top plate is arranged at the top and meanwhile connected with the lateral plates and the partition; the compression bar is opposite to the backing plate; a bar body of the compression bar is rotatably connected with the top plate; the two ends of the compression bar are detachably connected with the lateral plates. The battery assembly rack for the electric vehicle disclosed by the invention can limit the degree of freedom of the battery through the base plate, the lateral plates, the partition and the top plate, compresses the battery tightly through the compression bar, so as not to allow the battery to be detached, but to ensure the connection stability between the battery and a power supply port. The invention further discloses the electric vehicle comprising the battery assembly rack.
