Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an action mechanism with an elastic touch bridge for a thermal relay. The action mechanism comprises a normally-closed contact system and a normally-opened contact system. The normally-closed contact system comprises a first normally-closed contact touch plate, a second normally-closed contact touch plate and the normally-closed contact touch bridge. The lower end of the second normally-closed contact touch plate is provided with a bending. The bending is provided with a riveting boss. The normally-closed contact touch bridge is a conductive and elastic thin metal sheet and is provided with a first protruding contact. The first protruding contact makes contact with the contact of the first normally-closed contact touch plate in a contact mode. The lower end of the normally-closed contact touch bridge is provided with a first riveting hole. The riveting boss is connected with the riveting hole in a riveted mode. The normally-opened contact system is similar to the normally-closed contact system. The action mechanism is used for signal output of the thermal relay with double metal sheets, such as JRS4-40-65dR thermal overload relays. By means of the action mechanism, it can be effectively avoided that a large number of thermal relays are damaged due to the fact that contact bridges are separated from fixing positions after the thermal relays are impacted or vibrated strongly in the conveying and storage processes. |
