Cable production technology

The invention discloses a cable production technology. The cable production technology comprises the following steps that tinned copper wires with the diameter ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.6 mm are selected as cable cores; the tinned copper wires are stranded through a wire binding machine; vacuum isolating and wrapping are carried out on a conductor through insulating materials via an extruding machine, and after being finished, core wires are steamed through steam for 4-5 hours; the core wires are stranded to form a cable according to the requirements; the core wires are wrapped by a layer of aluminum foil through a wrapping machine; a layer of aluminum and magnesium alloy wire is woven on the outer face of the aluminum foil through a weaving machine; the woven layer is wrapped by a layer of polyester belt; finally, the outermost parts of the core wires are directly wrapped by a plastic protection layer through the extruding machine. Various properties of the cable produced through the production technology are improved, and the production efficiency is improved.
