Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an on-line automatic sampling device for chemical fertilizers and relates to the technical field of fertilizer production. The device comprises a conveyor belt and conveyor belt bracket; a sampling bracket is fixed on the conveyor belt bracket; the upper end of the sampling bracket is provided with a driving motor, a rotating shaft and a sampling bucket; both ends of the rotating shaft are arranged on the sampling bracket through bearings; the rotating shaft is driven by the driving motor; the sampling bucket is arranged horizontally; the rotating shaft passes through the axis of the sampling bucket; a stock guide is arranged below a feed opening of the sampling bucket; the sampling bucket includes a bucket body with on large caliber end and a small caliber end; the large caliber end of the bucket body is the feed opening; the outer wall of the bucket body is provided with a plurality of the sampling rods; the front end of each sampling rod is provided with a sampling port; and the sampling rods have a hollow structure. The device provided by the invention can replace manual operation to complete online sampling in fertilizer production, but also can adjust the sampling interval by controlling the driving motor, has higher reliability and good sampling uniformity compared to manual sampling; and damage to the fertilizer granules can be avoided in the sampling process.
