The nanometer carbon fiber drawing device comprises a PLC (Programmed Logic Controller) control system, an equipment rack, a high-precision linear rail, a compression roller lifting cylinder, a servo motor, a speed reducer, two groups of compression rollers, two groups of traction rollers, an expansion roller and a lever, wherein the PLC system is connected with the servo motor and the speed reducer through communication wires so as to realize automatic control; the high-precision linear rail, the compression roller lifting cylinder, the servo motor, the speed reducer and the traction rollers are respectively and fixedly mounted on the equipment rack; the lever is connected with the servo motor and the speed reducer, and the expansion roller is movably connected with the lever; the compression roller lifting cylinder is fixedly connected with the compression rollers; the expansion roller and the compression rollers are respectively and movably connected with the high-precision linear rail. The nanometer carbon fiber drawing device has the advantages that constant-speed drawing is realized in all directions through the use of inner calculation of the PLC, and the drawing of all parts of carbon fibers is guaranteed to be consistent; adjustability is realized in the draw ratio range, various draw ratios are realized by the same one machine, and time and cost are reduced. |
