Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a TC4-DT titanium alloy rod processing method, which comprises: 1, carrying out cogging forging on a TC4-DT titanium alloy casting ingot to obtain a first forged billet; 2, carrying out middle forging on the first forged billet to obtain a second forged billet; 3, carrying out forming forging on the second forged billet to obtain a rod billet; and 4, carrying out a heat treatment on the rod billet to obtain the TC4-DT titanium alloy rod. With application of the TC4-DT titanium alloy rod processed by the processing method of the present invention, the whole performance can be significantly improved, wherein the elongation rate can be increased by more than 50% compared with the elongation rate of the conventional rod, the fracture toughness can be improved by more than 15% compared with the fracture toughness of the conventional rod, and the good matching in the fields of strength, plasticity and toughness of the TC4-DT titanium alloy material can be achieved well.
