Zusammenfassung:A polypropylene composite material comprises 20-40wt% of homo-polypropylene, 30-50wt% of co-polypropylene, 5-30wt% of a filler, 2-10wt% of a compatilizer, 5-15wt% of a flexibilizer, 0.2-1wt% of a lubricant, and 0.1-2wt% of an assistant, and also comprises 5-20wt% of titanium iron lamella. Compared with composite materials in the prior art, the polypropylene composite material prepared by adopting sheet-shaped sub-nanometer titanium iron lamellas has the advantages of wear resistance, high strength, scraping resistance, heat resistance, high rigidity and stable dimensions, so a problem that polypropylene cannot be directly applied in engineering parts is solved, polypropylene products can be fully applied in injection molded engineering plastic members of automobiles, electric appliances and furniture, and the application range of the polypropylene plastics is greatly enlarged; and a preparation method of the above product has the advantages of low cost, high cost performance, and convenient popularization and application.
