The invention relates to a basic fertilizer granulation method which comprises the following steps: heating binder raw materials including hydrochloric acid, urea, sulfuric acid and monoammonium phosphate at a certain ratio to form a liquid as a basic fertilizer spraying agent, and regulating the adding ratio of the binder to the basic fertilizer so as to ensure that a powdered basic fertilizer is granulated and the granular basic fertilizer has certain hardness and is not easily pulverized.
