Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of bending forming of glass plates and in particular provides a continuous bending furnace. The continuous bending furnace comprises a furnace body structure, a conveyer and a forming mold, wherein the furnace body structure is divided into upper and lower two layers; the upper layer of the furnace body structure is orderly divided into a preheating zone, a bending zone, an annealing zone and a descending zone; a blast apparatus is arranged in the annealing zone, and comprises an air blower, an air volume regulating valve and a guiding device, all of which are orderly communicated with each other; the air outlet of the guiding device is located in the annealing zone and corresponds to the periphery of a glass plate; and external air can be blown to the periphery of the glass plate by use of the air volume regulating valve and the guiding device. The continuous bending furnace has the advantages that the annealing zone is arranged at the upper layer of the furnace body structure and used for annealing in combination with air blowing to the periphery of the glass plate, and therefore, the annealing effect can be improved, the pressure stress of the edges of the glass plate can be increased and the tensile stress of the edges of the glass plate can be reduced, and furthermore, the tensile stress of the annealed glass plate can be controlled below 5MPa and the pressure stress of the glass plate can be above 10MPa. |
