Zusammenfassung:A steering axle assembly comprises a steering knuckle, a wheel hub bearing mounted to the front end of the steering knuckle, a flange and a brake disc used for mounting a wheel, a disc brake mounted to the steering knuckle through third bolts, a steering knuckle arm fixed to the position above the rear end of the of the steering knuckle through second bolts, a tie rod assembly, a front axle and a master pin, and a steering tie rod arm is mounted to the front end of the tie rod assembly. Since the wheel hub bearing is fixed to the steering knuckle through a thrust washer and a locking nut and an original wheel hub and tapered roller bearing structure is no longer adopted, the radiating space of an inner cavity of the brake disc during braking is enlarged effectively, and radiation of the brake is benefited; since a body of the wheel hub bearing is maintenance-free and designed integrally structurally, the steering axle assembly has the advantages of simpleness in mounting, light weight, reliable performance and the like; compared with a conventional hub and tapered roller bearing structure, the steering axle assembly has the advantages that maintenance cost is lowered, the whole axle weight is lowered as well, and using cost of a finished automobile is reduced.
