The invention discloses a hot riveting welding process for an automobile door guard board, belonging to the technical field of hot riveting welding. According to the hot riveting welding process, manual errors are avoided by adopting an integrated welding process, and the welding precision and the product quality are greatly improved; and all welding points can be welded in one step and a traditional single-point and low-efficiency process is changed.
