Manufacturing process of elastic flexible gear

The invention relates to the field of harmonic reducers, and particularly relates to a manufacturing process of an elastic flexible gear. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing a blank and rolling the blank to break the crystal boundary tissues in the flexible gear; (2) carrying out forging and thermal treatment on the rolled parts and adjusting the internal tissue structure of the flexible gear to ensure that the internal tissues of the flexible gear gradually become uniform and gradually obtain a relatively good hardness; (3) carrying out rough machining on the parts; (4) carrying thermal treatment on the parts again to ensure that the internal tissues of the parts are uniformly refined; (5) carrying out finish machining on the parts; (6) carrying surface treatment on the parts. By using the scheme, the flexible gear has a longer service life.
