Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a filler used for preventing high-temperature molten steel breakdown during pouring and belongs to the technical field of high-temperature-resistant fillers. The method includes the following steps: step 1, preparing raw materials; step 2, mixing, namely adding chromite sand and aluminum powder into a stirring tank, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding converter air-granulated slag and calcium-free chromium slag, continuing to stir for 10-15 minutes, adding graphite powder, lime powder and sepiolite, adding water into the stirring tank through a spraying device, and continuing to stir for 10-15 minutes, wherein adding amount of the water is 0.4-0.8% of total mass of all components of the filler; step 3, drying for standby use, namely drying and vacuum-packaging a mixture obtained in the step 2 at temperature of 60-80 DEG C. After the filled prepared by the method is filled inside a cooling water pipe, the cooling water pipe can be ensured not to deform in the process of cold bending, and the pipe wall of the cooling water pipe cannot be molten through under melting of high-temperature molten steel, so that effects of 'melting without being through' and 'seamlessness' are realized successfully. |
