Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a spiral finned energy-saving paddle which comprises a stirring shaft connected with a motor, an anchored bracket, spiral fins, a shaft sleeve and a key. The spiral finned energy-saving paddle is characterized in that the stirring shaft is connected with the anchored racket through the shaft sleeve and the key; the spiral fins are arranged being tightly adhered to the outer walls of round tubes of paddles at two ends of the anchored bracket; the spiral fins rotate counterclockwise to the upper end from the bottom ends of two ends of the anchored bracket; the transverse beam at the bottom of the anchored bracket is horizontally provided with the spiral fins rotating in opposite directions by taking the stirring shaft as the symmetric shaft; the center of the transverse beam at the bottom of the anchored bracket is connected with the stirring shafts through the shaft sleeve and the key. The spiral finned energy-saving paddle has the advantages that the flow rotates to the upper part of a stirring kettle counterclockwise along with the spiral fins, and then flows downwards under action of the gravity, so that vertical mixing of fluid is achieved; in addition, due to adoption of the spiral fins, the shearing function on the materials is enhanced, and the materials to be mixed are torn into layers which are thinner and thinner gradually, and are finally uniformly mixed as a continuous phase main body.
