The operation optimization method comprises the following steps: implementing an operation adjustment experiment to the electrostatic composite dust collector, utilizing ash removal interval time and operation resistance obtained by meeting preset conditions during the experiment process to draw a first relation fitting straight line, further obtaining real-time control constant parameters and offset of the ash removal interval time, utilizing a high voltage output value in an electric field and a boiler load value obtained by meeting the preset conditions during the experiment process to draw a second relation fitting straight line, further obtaining real-time control constant parameters and offset of the high voltage output value in the electric field, furthermore utilizing the first relation fitting straight line and the real-time changed operation resistance variation value to obtain a control value of the corresponding ash removal interval time, and utilizing the second relation fitting straight line and the real-time changed boiler load value to obtain a control value of the corresponding high voltage output value in the electric field. |
