Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and a system for separating isoprene rubber latex degassing gas and belongs to the technical field of isoprene rubber monomer and solvent recovery. The process comprises the following steps: (1) removing rubber materials entrained in the degassing gas; (2) cooling the gas treated in the step (1) until the temperature reaches 60 DEG C, thereby completely condensing the gas into liquid; (3) cooling the condensed liquid to 45 DEG C; and (4) separating hexane, isoprene and water of the liquid treated in the step (3). The system comprises a degassing kettle, a kettle top filter and a separation tower, wherein the kettle top filter is connected with the top of the degassing kettle and a kettle top condenser by use of pipelines; the kettle top condenser is connected with a crude solvent oil cooler by use of a pipeline; the crude solvent oil cooler is connected with the separation tower by use of a pipeline. The process and the system for separating the isoprene rubber latex degassing gas have the advantages that due to split condensation and cooling, namely cooling after condensation, the liquid blockage phenomenon is avoided, the consumption of cooling water is reduced, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the equipment investment is reduced, and therefore, the production cost of isoprene rubber is reduced. |
