Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the biotechnology field and in particular relates to application of a reduced coenzyme II. Test results show that NADPH can be used for obviously prolonging weight-bearing swimming time of a mouse, increasing reserve of hepatic glycogen of a fatigued mouse and reducing lactic acid and urea nitrogen content of the fatigue mouse, so that the reduced coenzyme II has an obvious anti-fatigue effect.
