Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a processing method of a health and nutritive fast food and the health and nutritive fast food. The health and nutritive fast food is processed of rice, a main dish, side dishes, main sauce and auxiliary materials. The fast food comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 245-255 parts of cooked rice, 70-150 parts of main vegetable, 30-145 parts of secondary vegetable and 5.5-12.5 parts of main sauce; the main dish is meat which is processed by a first preset procedure; the side dishes are non-meat and are processed by a second preset procedure; and the processing method comprises the following steps of: frying the auxiliary materials to be golden yellow, mixing with the sauce, then processing by a third preset procedure, then processing together with the main dish and the side dishes by a fourth preset processing and matching with the rice to prepare the fast food.
