The provided culture medium can prominently delay the growth of stevia rebaudiana germplasm tissue cultured seedling at a normal tissue culture room temperature, thus the preservation time of the germplasm is prolonged, and the manpower and material resources on repeated succeeding preservation of germplasm are saved.
