The device (1) according to the invention comprises: a first support (2) forming a first plane, said first support (2) comprising means (3) for holding a wax spider-like sprue (9); a second support (4) forming a second plane, said first support (2) and said second support (4) forming a first pre-determined angle (alpha1); first means (5) for connection between said first support (2) and said second support (4); a third support (6) forming a third plane, said second support (4) and said third support (6) forming a second pre-determined angle (alpha2); and second means (7) for connection between said second support (4) and said third support (6).
