Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an automatic assembling system. The system comprises a robot, a force sensor and a controller, wherein the robot can insert a first part into a second part; the force sensor detects the insertion force of the robot; and according to the difference between the detected insertion force and a preset insertion force, the controller controls the insertion force of the robot in a closed-loop feedback manner and enables the insertion force to be lower than the present insertion force, and thus, the first and/or second part(s) are/is prevented from damage due to a too large insertion force. Compared with manual insertion, the system can improve the insertion precision and the assembling efficiency. The insertion force of the robot can be precisely controlled so that parts of an electronic product are prevented from damage due to too large insertion force. In addition, the invention also provides an automatic assembling method of products.
