Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method of network selection in a heterogeneous multi-cognitive wireless network coexistence environment based on multi-decision-attribute composite weight weighting. The network selection method comprehensively considers factors in such three aspects as user preference, service requirements and network performance, and candidate network ranking abnormity is avoided by adopting an improved technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (ITOPSIS) in allusion to a heterogeneous multi-cognitive wireless network coexistence scene; an entropy weight is introduced to act as an objective weight of decision attributes, a subjective weight is defined according to an association relationship among the decision attributes, the service types and the network performance, the objective weight and the subjective weight are combined to form a composite weight, and optimal network selection is executed by adopting a composite weight weighting ITOPSIS algorithm. The outstanding features of the method are that correct ranking and optimal selection can be carried out on candidate networks according to the user preference and the service requirements, network loads can be equalized, resources can be reasonably allocated and the utilization rate of system resources can be improved while meeting the user service quality, thereby realizing compromise between benefits of users and benefits of network operators.
