The monitoring and analyzing management system body comprises a cloud dispatch server and a monitoring and analyzing management system body client. On the basis of the IES-600 system, the cloud dispatch server serves as a medium, related data and signals in the IES-600 system are taken, the deep analysis and statistics are carried out, and a data report and an index indication needed by regulation and control running are formed to assist dispatching decision making. The large running system monitoring and analyzing management system is high in practicality and convenient to operate, the manual statistic analysis on power grid data is not needed, the workload of a dispatcher and a monitoring operator can be greatly reduced, the working efficiency is improved, the resources of an existing IES-600 system are fully utilized, and the construction cost of the large running system monitoring and analyzing management system is saved.
