The invention discloses a method for achieving DC power supplying of an IP dispatching telephone through an Ethernet cable. According to the method, a junction box is utilized, a DC power source is connected into a fourth core, a fifth core, a seventh core and an eighth core of the Ethernet cable, and therefore power can be directly supplied to the IP dispatching telephone through the Ethernet cable, wherein the fourth core, the fifth core, the seventh core and the eighth core are idle. Through the method, installation and power management of the IP dispatching telephone are optimized, installation time is shortened, the application reliability of the telephone is improved, and the operation and maintenance costs of equipment are greatly reduced.
