Battery set temperature management system and method

The invention discloses a battery set temperature management system and method. The battery set temperature management system according to one embodiment of the invention comprises a sensing part measuring the voltage and current of a battery set formed by connecting multiple batteries in real time; a calculating part calculating a first internal resistance value of the battery set according to the voltage and current measured by the sensing part; a storing part storing a preset second internal resistance value according to the change of the temperature and SOC (state of charge); a comparing part comparing the first internal resistance value calculated by the calculating part and the second internal resistance value stored in the storing part; and a controlling part controlling the temperature of the battery set according to a comparison result of the comparing part.
