Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel full-automatic glass surface stress meter. An industrial camera is installed at the bottom behind an eye lens; a dripping device and a laser thickness measurement instrument are installed over a birefringent prism; the industrial camera, the dripping device and the laser thickness measurement instrument are all connected with a computer processor through data wires. By the adoption of the stress meter, the related information of the brightness of a measurement region is provided by an image obtained by the camera, and a stress measurement result is obtained automatically through an arithmetic system, and measured data can be automatically stored in the computer processor. During a stress test, the thickness of glass to be tested can be measured through the laser thickness measurement instrument. Before the stress test, the computer processor can control automatic dripping through the dripping device, grade judgment can be performed on the testing result automatically, and the stress meter is particularly applicable to working environments where a great number of samples are measured continuously. Accordingly, a lot of measurement time of customers can be shortened. |
