Production process of regenerating waste oil to serve as special conduction oil for oil heater

The invention discloses a production process of regenerating waste oil to serve as special conduction oil for an oil heater. The production process comprises the following steps: step 1. neutralizing waste lubricating oil by an alkali solution, and separating out oily liquid to obtain a neutral lubricating oil raw material without mechanical impurities, wherein the alkali solution is an aqueous solution containing 5-15% by mass of soluble alkali and 10-20% by mass of ethanol; step 2. dewatering the lubricating oil raw material obtained in step 1 in vacuum, distilling to cut off preceding fraction accounting for 4-10% by mass of the lubricating oil raw material, and continuing distilling to obtain stable base oil of lubricating oil; step 3. adding an additive component into the base oil of lubricating oil obtained in step 2, and blending in vacuum to obtain the special conduction oil for the oil heater disclosed by the invention. The process is pollution-free, high in yield, and is used for successfully regenerating the waste lubricating oil and obtaining the special conduction oil for the oil heater.
