The automobile intermediate coating includes a main paint, a curing agent and a diluent, and the main paint comprises, by weight, 20-30 parts of acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of polyester resin, 20-30 parts of titanium dioxide, 5-20 parts of ultrafine talcum powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of fumed silica, 0.5-1.5 parts of a wetting dispersant, 3-10 parts of a conductive agent, 0-5 parts of a conductive assistant and 15-20 parts of a solvent. The settlement resistance of the coating is improved by selecting lightweight color fillers and adjusting the binder ratio of the intermediate coating in order to realize good long-distance pipeline conveying. In addition, the conductive agent and the conductive assistant are compounded according to a certain ratio to adjust the conductivity of the intermediate coating to 15-40Momega in order to adapt to the robot spraying and the cost of the intermediate coating. |
