Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-temperature infrared reflective insulating material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of hollow glass beads, 2-6 parts of high-temperature packing, 1-3 parts of fumed silica, 10-20 parts of kaolin, 2-4 parts of mica powder, 0.2-0.6 part of rare earth oxides and 20-30 parts of a phosphate adhesive. Simultaneously the invention provides a preparation method of the high-temperature infrared reflective insulating material. According to the high-temperature infrared reflective insulating material provided by the invention, the single insulating property of the conventional insulating material is improved by depositing infrared reflective titanium dioxide on the surfaces of the glass beads, so that the material becomes the bifunctional insulating material combined with reflection and heat insulation. |
